Worth it with the discount

I was looking for a new electrolyte option that wasn't full of sugar, and Day One popped up. I grabbed the Variety Pack Gummies. I made sure to use a 15% off code for my first order which made the price feel really fair. The gummies are actually pretty tasty, way better than some of the powdered stuff I've tried. I like having different flavors to choose from. It shipped quickly enough, got here in about 4 days. For the price I paid, I think it was a good deal, and I'll probably get them again.

Good for workouts

I got the Strawberry Lemonade Hydration Gummies a little while back. They taste pretty good, not too sweet. I usually take them before my gym sessions. Felt like they helped me keep going without feeling totally drained afterwards. Shipping took about 5 days to reach me here in Austin. All in all, a solid purchase.

Decent product, slow shipping

I ordered a pack of the Rapid Hydration Gummies last week to try them out for my hikes. The gummies themselves are effective; I did feel a noticeable difference in how I recovered after a long trail. The flavor (Lemon Lime) was alright, not amazing, but certainly tolerable. My only real issue was with the shipping speed. It took 7 days to get to my place in Seattle, which felt a bit long compared to other online orders I've made recently. The packaging was good, and the gummies were fresh when they arrived. Overall, a decent product, just wish delivery was a bit faster.

Are these things actually good? Like, is day one legit or just another snake oil supplement? I'm used to Liquid IV.

A Aaron Hernandez 1 month ago
I was skeptical too, used to be a big Liquid IV user. But honestly, these gummies hit different. Easier to carry, and I feel just as good, maybe even better without all the liquid.

Oh yeah, totally legit. I've been using them for months. The ingredients are pretty standard for electrolytes, just in a different format. Way better than trying to chug a bunch of powder water when you're on the go.

Thinking of ordering the variety pack. Anyone know if there's a first-time buyer discount code floating around? Or free shipping for smaller orders?

D Donna M. 1 week ago
Yeah, pretty sure I got 15% off my first order when I signed up for their email list. Free shipping usually kicks in if you spend over fifty bucks, i think.

Check influencer codes on Instagram too, sometimes they have better deals. But yeah, the newsletter signup almost always gets you that first order discount. Not sure about free shipping under $50 though.

how long does shipping usually take to get to california? trying to decide if i should order for a trip next week.

R Richard 3 weeks ago
I'm in SoCal, usually takes about 3-5 business days for me. Sometimes quicker if I order early in the week.

It can vary a bit, but I've always gotten my orders within a week in NorCal. You might be cutting it close for a trip next week if you order too late.

What's the sugar situation with these gummies? I'm trying to cut down, so don't want a ton of added sugar like some other drinks.

E Eric S. 3 days ago
They're pretty low sugar compared to other stuff out there. I remember checking the label when I first got them, it wasn't much at all. Definitely way less than Gatorade.

Yeah, that's one of the main reasons I switched. My old electrolyte drink had way too much sugar. These feel like a healthier option for sure.

hey, was thinking about trying these out. how many of these gummies do you usually take daily? and do they really help with hydration, like after a workout?

D Danielle L. 3 weeks ago
I usually pop 2-3 after my morning run, sometimes another 1-2 later if I'm feeling draggy. Definitely helps me feel less dehydrated than just water.

Yeah, I use them for hiking. Usually 2-3 in the morning before I head out, and then a couple more when I take a break. Seems to keep the cramps away better than just regular water.
